Your Tasks

Monitoring and assistance of the ongoing projects in Vienna and Nigeria.

Content and organizational support of the mentoring program for BIPOC girls and women in Vienna and the employment project in Nigeria

Research work and database maintenance

Cooperation and networking with organizations worldwide

Support of the project staff in budget monitoring, expenditure planning and review of project expenditures

Maintenance and review of project data in EXCEL and internal project management software

Support of cooperation partners
-
Writing project reports
REQUIREMENTS and Qualifications

Excellent German and very good English language skills.

Very good IT skills: MS- Office package

Interest in societal, social and political issues in Africa, as well as anti-racism work in Austria

Creative, outgoing, with negotiation and organizational skills

This position requires a high degree of independence and flexibility, a structured work style and great commitment.
