At the African Cultural Foundation Vienna, cooperation is at the heart of our work. Over the years, we have collaborated with numerous organizations, institutions, and individuals on a wide range of topics – from culture, literature, and education to empowerment, anti-racism, and community building. These partnerships have allowed us to create meaningful projects and long-lasting impact.
Timeline
Because we are a small team, we carefully review all cooperation requests. To ensure fairness and proper planning, we collect inquiries and applications for cooperation until June of each year (for this cycle: June 2026). We will then review them thoroughly during the following months, with final decisions communicated by September (for this cycle: September 2026). Approved cooperations will be scheduled for the year 2027.
Finances
It is important to note that cooperation requires financial commitment from our partners. We expect cooperating organizations to provide financial means to cover parts of the project. This ensures that our collaborations are sustainable and that projects can be realized successfully.
