The African Cultural Foundation is dedicated to promoting African culture, supporting African communities in Austria, and fostering cross-cultural understanding through various programs and events. We work with organizations and communities to uplift and empower Africans in Austria.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across various departments, including events, programs, and partnerships

Assist in managing the foundation’s day-to-day office operations

Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

Help with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents

Support the team with data entry, communication, and reporting tasks
-
Assist in organizing foundation events, workshops, and community outreach activities
-
Contribute to social media and marketing efforts by drafting content and updates

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Interest in African culture and community work is a plus

Experience in office administration or customer service is a plus
